Remember to take a break folks

Don't know whether you people have been reading the papers recently. A 20-year-old boy died of Deep Vein Thrombosis recently because he had a history of playing computer games for long hours. A lady had died of DVT in May due to overwork and long hours in front of the computer. So if you've been spending long hours sitting down and studying, do take time to stretch and take short breaks ok.
Of course if you have been spending too many hours playing computer games, it's time to hit the books! 3 more weeks to the end of the holidays!
